tinyJpeg is a .C/.H source allowing to decode jpeg image to a ARGB 32 bits buffer on ee.

there are restrictions:

• you need to use "standard-format" jpeg when saving it.
• you need to use the tool "jpegOptimizer" after saving your jpeg. It will decrease the size (A LOT!!) removing unsued comments, etc. and also optimize the huffman table.
