Test release of a ps2 debugger. Rough and ready.

PS2REG is a Windows tool that makes it easy to work out what value to assign to a PS2 register, for the mathematically disabled (like me). A Property Tree control lists and documents the registers and their fields. You can enter field values directly (decimal or 0xHEX) or select from a Combo pulldown for fields with fixed set of allowable values. As each field is changed, two edit controls are updated with the full register value in decimal and hex that you can then paste into your code. Input database is specified in XML.
